Clothing Suppliers : The supplier provides the products from the manufacturer and sells them to the customers. A supplier can produce products, but they don’t have sources to sell them to retailers or their customers directly.

Definition of a supplier: The supplier is a source for selling goods or services.

Product Supplier: A product supplier is a source that sets a suitable price for the clothing products and increases the business of a company. Suppliers don’t only supply clothing products, they also supply a service to the clothing business.

These suppliers could include:

Banking and financial services: Financial services are specific activities such as banking, investing, and insurance. Financial services are limited to the activity of financial firms and their professional financial products. Which are the actual goods, accounts, or investments they provide.

Utility services: In economics utility is the capacity to satisfy human wants and to fulfill their demands. It is said that “Wants satisfying capacity of goods or services is called Utility.”

The creation of Utilities is an important part of business, the creation of utilities is to produce good and beneficial products for the customers so that customers may use them. When the raw material is converted into finished clothing, it creates form utility. After completing the process of creating products, storing them into the storehouse, and brought the products into the market when needed, then time utility is created

There are four types of Suppliers:

Manufacturers and vendors: When you work with manufacturers and vendors, you’re working with the source of the supply chain. A clothing manufacturer means the production of clothing products or clothing using machines and labor. A vendor is a retailer who sells the product to a consumer. In the end, a retailer is a vendor for the end customer who is buying clothing or products from the retailers.

Wholesaler and distributor: Wholesaling is the act of selling products to another retailer, usually at a discounted price, then they sell the product to their customers. It is important to creating a wholesale channel for the business that could allow selling products to the end consumer. Wholesale business is a business that separates companies Value from the Retail category.

A distributor is a person who sells clothing products from home to home.

A distributor’s main work is to distribute the garments products to the retailer according to the market demand.

Independent and trade show reps: An Independent Sales Rep uses the mobile phone or company telephone to trade clothing shows or showing the products in showrooms to engage with customers. But their primary focus is to work in the field to sell the targeted amount of products to the retailers. A rep’s primary skill is to work face-to-face with buyers to convince them to buy the goods, showing your products, conducting training, solving the problem of the clothing products, and converting leads to sales.

Importers: An importer is a firm or a clothing industry authorized by the government of the respective country or a private sector that can act as an Importer to bring products or services in a country from outside countries. The importer is responsible for completing necessary legal import customs clearance procedures and formalities on the arrival of goods into a country.
